1.2 For custom development projects, refunds are only available if: - The project has not yet commenced. - The request is made within 15 days of payment.
1.3 For SaaS products, refunds are only available for annual subscription plans if the request is made within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds for monthly subscriptions are not available once the subscription period has started.
2. Non-Refundable Items
2.1 Custom development projects for which work has already commenced are non-refundable.
2.2 SaaS products that have been accessed, used, or downloaded are non-refundable.
2.3 Any products or services marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable" are not eligible for refunds.
