Mobil80 provides the following Services:

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to: Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account or engaging with us. Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Refrain from:
  • Misusing or disrupting the functionality of our website or Services.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
  • Using the Services to distribute harmful, infringing, or illegal content.


    • 4. Intellectual Property

    1. Ownership: All content, software, and materials provided through our Services, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Mobil80 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
    2. License: Subject to these Terms, Mobil80 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.
    3. Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software unless expressly permitted by applicable law or with prior written consent from Mobil80.

    5. Payment and Subscriptions

    Fees: Fees for custom development projects and SaaS subscriptions will be outlined in separate agreements or purchase orders. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
    Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties imposed by relevant authorities.
    Late Payments: Mobil80 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services in the event of non-payment or late payment.

    6. Termination

    1. Mobil80 may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
    2. You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by notifying us in writing.
    3. Upon termination:
  • Any outstanding payments become immediately due.
  • Your access to SaaS subscriptions or ongoing projects will cease.


    • 7. Limitation of Liability


    1. Mobil80 provides the Services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
    2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobil80 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

    8. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold Mobil80 harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

    9. Modifications to the Terms

    Mobil80 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

    10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution


    1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of rules of the Bangalore International Arbitration Centre (BIAC).".
    2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru, conducted in English, in accordance with the rules of BIAC.
